WestCo Colposcope Microscope w/ Twin Beam Lightsource. 300mm Lens WORKING

WestCo Colposcope Microscope with MicroSystem Twin Beam Lightsource + 300mm Lens.
Unit powered on and adjustments were smooth, however, I am unable to fully test or assemble.
Listed as for parts only for the above reasons.
Sold as is.
Includes
:
- Colposcope microscope with 300mm adjustable lens (sliding track) & moveable arm.
- Microsystems Twin Beam light source (working. Has sticker that reads, "last tested in 1986").
- Metal post + rolling base
Notes:
- Both beams work.  Bulb is operable
- Cooling fan works.
- I am unsure if the different light intensities are operable as I did not test this function before packing the item.
- I do not know how to assemble this. The metal post fits snugly with the scope arm, but I do not know how to stop the arm from sliding down the post.  Furthermore, I do not know how to attach the post to the rolling base.
These could possibly be an easy assembly / fix for someone who has knowledge on this matter.  However, this being said, I cannot guarantee that this stand will function as desired.
- The base rolls very well (better than any rolling chair I've owned)
- There are some rust / dirt spots on the chrome of the base, the post, and the power supply.  It does come off with cleaning, but removal is difficult without proper tools.  There is also tape residue on the post (possibly from tape to prevent the scope from sliding down the post).   There is not rust / dirt spots on the actual scope or arm as far as I can tell.   The price reflects this state.
