Installation Instructions:
If the flag hole on your mailbox is 7/16” or 7/32” you can insert the hub, flag, and washer into the mounting holes. Secure flag by inserting the alligator clip into the hub until snug against the inside of the mailbox.
If your flag hole on your mailbox is NOT 7/16” or 7/32”, position the template (on package) over the hole so they line up. Drill the small hole using the template.
If no part of your mailbox pattern matches, position the template on the flat, right hand side of the mailbox so that when the mounted flag is raised, it will be seen above the top of the mailbox. Drill two holes using the template (on package)
