This was a great find and is in very good condition for its age! It has what’s called a ‘Plug back’ which is the next best thing to a solid back ring. The plug refers to the gap behind the ring, which is perfect if you wish to have a nice Diamond fitted. This ring is quite heavy at just over 9 grams of Solid 14K gold. It has minor overall wear. It looks like it hasn’t been wore much, since it has retained its shape and the majority of its original enameling, which is rare for such an old ring. It’s a size 9 1/4 and size S in Countries that use that size system. It comes in the ring box as seen in the photos. It has the 14K mark for solid 14K Gold and what looks like a Skull as the makers mark. It may also be an unusually designed ‘B’? I tried to research who it was made by, but couldn’t find a similar makers mark anywhere online. It is guaranteed to be 100% genuine solid 14K Gold and not Gold plated or Gold filled.
